Lift Slip Rates:
12,000 lb. Lift Slips
- $875 monthly
- $795 per month if you sign an annual lease
16,000 lb. Lift Slips
- $975 monthly
- $895 per month if you sign an annual lease
Utility fees are in addition to slip rates and are $50 per month.
Wet Slip Lease Rates
- $22.50 per ft. (40 ft. min. accommodating up to 50 ft.)
Wet slip utility fees will be metered and the rate will be based upon each individual vessels average usage.
Lease fees include the use of a shower area, barbecue and deck areas, and computer weather room facilities. (See contract for details)
All lessors are required to hold liability insurance policies of $1,000,000.00 minimum for their vessel with Black Pearl Marina, LLC named on the policy as additionally insured. Rates, terms, and availability subject to change without notice.
Office Space Lease Information
- Waterfront Office Space $1,500.00 monthly
- Tenant can combine dock slip and office space under lease for tax purposes.(Consult your tax advisor)
- Fees include office lease rate, common area maintenance, taxes, and insurance. Also included are the use of a heated pool/spa, shower area, barbecue and deck areas, and computer weather room facilities.
- Utilities are $100 per month and are in addition to lease rate.
